- It certainly does say that here. However, the previous sentence is "The materials on this web site have been made available for use in research, teaching, and private study", and, with my extremely limited understanding of US PD copyrights, I don't think that publication in Wikipedia is any one of those three. So I'm going to ask Moonriddengirl or MER-C if they would take a look at this and give a more informed opinion than I am able to. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 13:56, 16 June 2014 (UTC)

Accordingly, we cannot reproduce their content outside of the restrictions of WP:NFC on the basis of that permission.
