The 'melodica' used on Champaigne Supernova by Oasis was not a melodica at all. It was most probably a harmonized (most probably overdubbed) melody line played on an Ebow. The fluidity of the legato suggest hammer ons/pull offs and the sliding sound at the very end of the track back this theory up even further. Unnecessary?

I don't think this page is very encyclopedic. There does not appear to be any substantial order to the list. More importantly, few, if any, of the items meet the notability criteria for selections in list articles per WP:LSC; if there are any present that do then they can probably be incorporated into the Melodica article briefly, as examples of usage. The absence of a laundry list of melodica credits does not deter anyone's understanding of the instrument or its importance in recorded music. ~ Boomur [talk] 00:32, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

Agreed. This list should not exist. Any notable and unusually important usage of the melodica would already be in the Melodica article. I'm not up on Wikipedia customs; can an one simply delete an article? NewkirkPlaza (talk) 20:59, 6 May 2017 (UTC)

Add Jon Batiste to the list

With Jon Batiste gaining prominence from his appearances on the Late Show (with Stephen Colbert) it seems a good idea to add him to the list.

Improve the organization of the list

Can the list be better organized? Perhaps including separate sections for groups and individual artists, and then alphabetizing names (first or last name?) within those sections would help. Thanks. --Lbeaumont (talk) 02:28, 25 September 2015 (UTC)
