Change in Importance Rating
editPlease assess this topic and consider upgrading its importance, which has changed dramatically in view of the upcoming Scottish referendum on independence as, while the McCrone Report remains the only authoritative source in debate on Scottish finances, the Scots & UK public remain largely unaware of it. It's crucial to informed public debate on Scotland's future. Jistaface (talk) 12:57, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
Link to Barnett Formula
editThis topic should be linked to Barnett Formula. The Barnett Formula is often cited as a source for debate on Scotland's fiscal position regarding membership of the UK vs independence, in ignorance of the fact that the McCrone Report - a more complete and comprehensive source - exists at all.Jistaface (talk) 13:01, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
