I found the following 3 tags on the article. There is no details mentioned about the issues on the talk page or in any section. If the user found any issue s/he may try to fix that and/or ask help to improve the article. Just putting any tag as wish is not encouraging at all for the other contributors.

I think the article is now ok and of course there are room for improvements. But adding any random tag does not help at all.
