- After tonnes of cautious and exhaustive consideration, it is safe to say that no, it should not be merged.
- Another editor was thoughtful to provide insight about how these are 2 different people. The fact that they share the same name and are from the same country is merely an extreme staggering coincidence. You can find it on the other footballer's talk page. You are welcome.
