Importance

edit

Stems from scenic coastal area in California Floristic Province. Also in an area of high visitation with visibility from sf and the golden gate bridge. Situation within the GGNRA is also notable. Not to mention the photo shots are iconic for northern california. Anlace 01:08, 24 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Base end stations

edit

Marin Headlands has base end stations, yes? I believe they do but I want to make sure. Base end station EECavazos 05:13, 10 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

It does. I added a sentence under "Military," and I'll have to source it too (it's from the Guardians of the Golden Gate book, but I don't have the cite handy right now. Wevets (talk) 21:05, 18 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Grammar

edit

Several verb mismatches; seems unclear whether Headlands is to be treated as singular or plural.

It's still unclear - I'm hardly a grammar expert, so I haven't touched it. "Headlands" should be treated like a collective noun I think since it encompasses more than one "headland." Wevets (talk) 21:33, 18 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
