Deleted Summary/Character List

Because I don't understand - what was the purpose of deleting the summary/character list/info? The page is essentially blank now. From an outsider perspective, this looks like vandalism. I don't want to start an edit war by "fixing it", so I figured I'd bring the question here. Talvieno (talk) 06:52, 21 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

After a little more research, I have found https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Section_blanking. 96.246.46.18 does not seem to have created any other past edits on Wikipedia except for these two (deletion of all page content). Seeing as no justification was given of any sort, and there was certainly no reason to delete the page according to the guidelines, I'm going to assume this is vandalism and revert.
