Religious affiliation should be removed.

edit

It is not customary to put religious affiliation of an owner of a business in the business page. It would be like saying owner of IKEA is christian or owner of SodaStream is Jew, it does not add any value to the article but gives it a racist undertone.

The religious affiliation should be on personal page of the owner. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Choghok (talkcontribs) 17:20, 12 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 2 May 2022

edit

I request edit permission to edit the wiki page on Manoto because this information below mentioned there is misleading: " It is known that the channel is funded by the Israeli and United States governments to spread negative sentiments among Iranians toward Iran's government while promoting Iran's ousted monarchy.[citation not found][3]" The link also does not suggest anything to corroborate the above claim 95.145.15.242 (talk) 18:15, 2 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Not done: this is not the right page to request additional user rights. You may reopen this request with the specific changes to be made and someone may add them for you. MadGuy7023 (talk) 20:39, 2 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
The revisions made to say the channel is funded by the United States and Israeli government are an attempt to tarnish the television station. It seems this is done in accordance with the Iranian regime's wish. The user who made the changes appears to be Fluffy8950w2 who then asked for a lock on the page provides no evidence for this. I urgently request you put this right and look into it. 95.145.15.242 (talk) 19:11, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

False Information about ManotoTV's sponsership

edit

This statement is not true: "However, many Iranian analysts believe that the channel is funded by the Israeli and US governments to propagate negative sentiments amongst the Iranian population toward Iran's government while promoting Iran's ousted monarchy"

There is no evidence about this statement. In the Wiki page, they cite FT's article https://www.ft.com/content/b7bb7a08-a198-11e2-bae1-00144feabdc0, but no where in the article you can find the statement.

This misinformation is asked to be deleted several times, instead the article is locked so others can not edit it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mshbot (talkcontribs) 15:53, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
