Verifiability

I quote from Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons:

Biographies of living persons (BLPs) must be written conservatively and with regard for the subject's privacy. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a tabloid: it is not Wikipedia's job to be sensationalist, or to be the primary vehicle for the spread of titillating claims about people's lives, and the possibility of harm to living subjects must always be considered when exercising editorial judgment. This policy applies to BLPs, including any living person mentioned in a BLP even if not the subject of the article, and to material about living persons on other pages. The burden of evidence for any edit on Wikipedia rests with the person who adds or restores material.

Hence, when somebody gets accused of lying, that needs to be able to meet verifiability requirements. A reference from a reputable source is required, and a blog isn't considered reputable. So either provide suitable sources with such statements, or keep them out of this article. Schwede66 03:44, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

Kris Faafoi article

I've started an article on Kris Faafoi in my userspace. Prior to the election, he does not meet notability criteria. But come Saturday evening, we can (and should) have an article on him, provided he does get elected (and that looks rather likely). Please feel free to edit the article in my userspace.
