Possibly, by 'forces war record' you mean his medal index card? This is downloadable from The National Archives website (the ref is WO-372-15-226815) but does not contain much info: RFA, service number, Cpl, and medals (Victory and BWM). It does not give "Theatre of war first served in" so he only served in UK. Nedrutland (talk) 11:00, 12 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
It may not be correct he only served in the UK. These medals were only awarded soldiers who served the war only in the UK if they had been anti-aircraft artillery or had been in action under coastal sieges by the German navy.Cloptonson (talk) 08:44, 7 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
