Dating edit

The page dates his lifeline to 1705+. The page also has a photo, there was no photography even in 1775 (predating the American Revolution even). The dates need correction and citation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.175.91.17 (talk) 07:55, 19 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Merging edit

I think this page should be merged with Nuncomar--Dwaipayanc 15:40, 27 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

i think it should be kept seperate as to most people the name maharaja nandakumar is more familiar[kaushik bhattacharya]14;10,02 april 2006

I agree that it should be merged with Nuncomar - and whilst Nanda Kumar is more accurate, the incident has become known to history as "The Trial of Nuncomar", hence I think the archaic form should be retained (as with Battle of Plassey, for instance) as it is more familiar. Also, he wasn't really a Maharajah, just a tax official.Sikandarji 16:41, 30 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Portrait of Nand Kumar edit

Here we have what is alleged to be the photograph of a man who lived and died in the 1700s. The image file does not have any source. RaviMy Tea Kadai 16:49, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
