This page reads like a cross between a CV and an op-ed. The "Early Life and Education" section is full of trivial (at best) biographical information, while the "Querida Familia Letter" section is extremely biased, and even uses first-person, as if the author were Ramírez herself. There's inconsistency in naming throughout: is it "Mónica Ramírez," or is it "Monica Ramirez"? This article needs some considerable straightening-out. I've taken some time to start to work on this article. It needs a rewrite, but for now, I cleared up a lot of unsourced material that, and much of what had a very promotional tone.
