editI'm trying to revert my edits here, but so far have been unsuccessful. The table so so damn big that all I get is "Wikipedia is experiencing problems now" messages. If someone else can revert the last two, before the time of this message, go ahead and undo them (I don't even know how I got two of them, I thought only one actually saved)--part of the table is missing now. Correct number of inhabitants
editSince i come from Barnarp i found a bit strange that our population had decreased to some 700 people. Consequently i checked this with our National Office Of Statistics. They show a population of 3318 people for 2007, the number for 2006 was 3275 inhabitants. The correct figures for all parishes can be found on www.scb.se. You have to look on the Swedish version of the website under "statistik efter ämne" and then under "befolkning" . When you have come this far, the next thing to is to click under #befolkningsstatistik" where you will find... Ähh give me an e-mail adress and i will mail you the entire file. vincentandersson@hotmail.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.252.12.169 (talk) 16:49, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Well, this page isn't about parishes, it's about localities (or urban areas), which is pretty obvious by the name of the page. The number for Barnarp is correct, check out the reference at the bottom of the page. Jensapag (talk) 20:42, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
Wrong type of data
editWhen copying and pasting the data, different numbers appear. My guess is that this is making the table difficult to manage. The data is not WYSIWYG. For example, the first entry appears as:
Abbekås Skurup Municipality 729 90.60 804.64 3300
But when copied and pasted onto Word, Excel, even MS Notepad, the data appears as:
Abbekås Skurup Municipality 7002729000000000000729 700190600000000000090.60 7002804640000000000804.64 3300 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.34.246.81 (talk) 18:45, 9 May 2013

Merger proposal
editThe content of List of urban areas in Sweden by population is entirely covered by this article List of urban areas in Sweden. The main table even has a grid that lets you sort by population, rendering the by population article redundant. Eopsid (talk) 10:36, 20 May 2023 (UTC)
- There was no opposition and I have done the merger Eopsid (talk) 11:59, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
