Maybe it just needs some focus... List of cyclists who have done something, otherwise people just add their own favourites. Indiscriminate lists aren't good. SeveroTC22:05, 16 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
It needs some context, and I am not sure what the decade header is meant to be. Is it the the decade that they were born in? Is it the decade they won their first major award? Lance Armstrong spans three decades in his career.
