Getting to the Point...

...Am I being cynical, or is it "strange" that (England&Wales) and (Scotland) should be listed as separate entities in the list of "cannabis use by country" (where Scotland has, apparently, a far lower usage than England&Wales), and yet they are all lumped together as the "United Kingdom" in the list of "opiate use by country"? "Draw" your own conclusions...

No Opioids and no prescription opioids

Hi,

I think the answer is almost sure "no" (Do opiates prescribed and taken once in the last 12 months count as "use" too, or is this list only for non-legal opiates? I mean sure I get Methadon or Levomethadon for 12 years, its a opioid, why heroine and others except the 2 only alkaloids methylmorphin (Codein) and Morphin play a role... but Heroine is also made from Poppy -> Opium -> Morphin seperation (2 to 10% morphin content in the stuff looking like "milk" which is drying and than carefully taken away when it had a half day sun or so... I think even there is a 2nd "cut" period just with less exact cuts to get the speed up because the opium coming out than is only a quite small part...

for the US (and I don't know about Canada and Australia but I think its similiar, there is a "boom" for oxycodon, a direct product of Methylmorphin (Codein), same with Hydrocodon which is no longer available in Germany since it was registered for cough which is/might be life dangerous, a drug recipe needed and tablets and injection solution, but since a very few exceptions every opioid/opiate got an anti-tussiva effect, killing the cough anyway, but like in Dr. House seen combined with I think Paracetamol (Acetimo... or so in US/UK) or ASS ("Aspirin") in it to avoid taking too much oral at once and especially for longer terms as paracetamol can be very deadly, evil deadly... only medicine works only first 36 hours, but thats stadium where the effects of a heavy flue kicks in, after this you need a new liver if you take 15g of paracetamol at once,

or: There is also a huge number of prescripted opiates, even in Germany they allowed Heroine use (I prefer Methadone because of the rules), and like already I know from 2003/04 visit in Vienna that "Substitol" with 200mg Morphinsulfat was going away for 20€, in Germany it is starting to get more known and more prescribed, but its difficult if you are so extreme high dosed on methadone,

Oxycodone, Morphin, Diacetylmorphin, Hydromorphon... we used to call all these (like Heroin or Oxycodon) "half synthethic opioids/opiates" since in all cases opium alkaloids are the base for the product, as with heroine... I guess the heroin programs all around the world are not included too or?! Morphine doses are also very high for substitution like with methadone, a dose of 800mg Morphine/day in retard capsules is normal, some people even need over 1000mg... India and Turkey are the largest source for pharma.... since full synthesis of Morphine would be a nightmare even for BASF or US companies, even Codeine is won by Morphine... what a waste, but since no full synthethic way exists which is ok source is morphine... is that all added in anther list?
