Some comments. 1. there are no diplomatic missions in Scotland. They only exist in independent states (subjects of international law). Foreign affairs are "reserved matters" in the UK. 2. most of the Edinburgh missions you mention are honorary consulates. Germany for example has such in Aberdeen, Lerwick, Glasgow and other places as well. I am very sorry, but this list is worthless. Try harder --Landkraft (talk) 16:43, 5 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
