Including Henry KissingerEdit

If "CUNY considers any laureate who attended one of its senior colleges as an affiliated laureate", then why not include Henry Kissinger on this list, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1973, as he pursued an accounting degree at City College prior to his being drafted to fight in World War II?
