I believe Manu Ginobili counts because he is an Italian citizen

He does have Italian descent and is a citizen, according to his wiki page On top of this, Patricio Garino and Luca Vildoza. If these dont count then I wont add more names, but there are more. YT DomDaBomb20 (talk) 21:43, 19 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Regarding players with dual-citizenship, the general approach is to only list them if they played for Italy internationally. The guys you listed all used to play for Argentina, so their "sporting nationality" is Argentinian.
