PL 480 is the Food for Peace law; the wiki article for Food for Peace doesn't mention anything about libraries or cataloging standards; is a different law meant to be referred to here? a quick Google search didn't turn up anything useful--FeanorStar7 02:04, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
