Date of birth and reason of death

According to this website her date of birth was 19 January 1881: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ricksmith61/richardson/ps23/ps23_327.html So I wonder which date is correct, 1881 or 1883? Also what was the reason of her so early death? I tried to find this on the internet but found nothing. Looks like there was no biography of her ever published, it looks somewhat strange.
