While I personally agree, that yes, we should expand the mainpage to include the now reasonably widely accepted LGBTQIA+, please first reach consensus at Talk:LGBT as the current main page for the space.
Once that has been reached, the page from there can be moved to here instead (so that the history is preserved and not lost).
