– The clear WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for the word "Krogan". The name of the biologist is only a partial title match and everything else on the page lacks an article entirely, such that I'm not even sure a disambiguation page is necessary (but I'm proposing it be moved anyway for procedure's sake). _{ZXCVBNM (TALK)} 21:55, 26 October 2020 (UTC)

• Comment: I am not sure, to be honest. At least a year ago I probably would have agreed with you without hesitation. Due to the global pandemic, Nevan Krogan has made the news on more then one occasion this year due to his work on COVID-19 treatments, and he is usually referred to as Dr. Krogan in the coverage. If Krogan is his given name then it would probably be a different, more clear cut story. On the other hand, Google searches result in about 570,000 results for "Krogan Mass Effect", while "Dr Krogan" netted 309,000 results ("Nevan Krogan" only a fraction of that at about 48,300, "Krogan Lab" which he founded got 121,000 results). That aside, it's curious that his article has not been updated with the recent coverage he and his organization has received, which is significant. Haleth (talk) 02:26, 29 October 2020 (UTC)

• Disambiguation pages are not a directory, see WP:PTM. They only list things that directly conflict with each other because they share the exact same name. Whether he is called Dr. Krogan or Nevan Krogan doesn't matter, but I doubt he is ever just called "Krogan" in the same manner as you might say "Lincoln" or "Tesla", so I don't think WP:NAMELIST applies._{ZXCVBNM (TALK)} 06:34, 29 October 2020 (UTC)
