As a German (and someone who likes good food), I was quite interested in the subject. What seems completely wrong to me is the writing of Kotelett with a double-l and a single t. The only sources I could find on the internet were by (german?) people who are obviously not able to write german words correctly. But there MAY be other sources showing me that I'm wrong here.
