Mmm, had a look at Kohala, Pakistan and added Lonely Planet. I guess it'd be more significant if it was still in reality the border between Pakistan and India - which India considers it still is.
More of an issue.
Kohala, Hawaii, two districts on the island of Hawaii
Kohala (mountain), an extinct volcano in Hawaii
A lot, a real lot, of Google Book refs are to the districts not to the volcano. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:00, 30 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
The district is named for the volcano, any reference to the Kohala district is indirectly a reference to the volcano itself. Quite literally: everything there is the volcano. ResMar 21:15, 13 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

– The mountain is not the primary topic (see previous thread). The page views (142 for the district [1], 62 for the mountain [2] and 13 for the town in Pakistan [3]) are ambiguous between an absence of a primary topic (I take that as the default option) and the district as a primary topic. – Uanfala (talk) 17:20, 4 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
