The city vs. the state edit
The title of this article being simply an alternative transcription of Kengtong, I suggest having this page redirect to the article on the city, moving this here text to Kengtong (state). Moreover, this century-old Britannica article is in dire need of an update. /The Phoenix 10:45, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
First sentence edit
The first sentence of the article looks wrong: "Keng Tung is the most extensive of the Shan States in the province of Myanmar." Myanmar isn't a province. Maybe it was meant to say "Keng Tung is the most extensive division of the Shan State province in Myanmar."
Also, it's confusing having a map alongside with no caption, showing the whole of the Shan State province. Maproom (talk) 12:23, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
