- Please do not create any new pages. The article is here (at Keith Wainwright), and any extra information should be added by editing this article. Each statement in an article needs to be sourced to a reliable source. See WP:CITE although you should not be concerned with the details of how it is done at this stage. The main point is that even something like aka "Keith at Smile" should be followed with a reference: the name of a reliable source with publication details including page number; that can just be put in brackets and someone will format it correctly in due course.
