We don't say "this received national attention", since A) if it hadn't, it likely would not have risen to the level of notability; B) we don't use that phrase in literally millions of other instances in Wikipedia where something received national attention, so it's certainly inappropriate here — we don't say "the birth of Kim Kardashian's baby received national attention" or "Lindbergh's flight received national attention"; and C) we're citing Billboard, a national, indeed international, publication, so it's redundant. --Tenebrae (talk) 23:25, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
