Malawi edit

Malawi seems to have two holidays on the same day; also, does anyone know for sure whether Principia was published today or on July 5? Vicki Rosenzweig

Dengue Fever in Cuba edit

I notice that the article about Dengue Fever does not mention that the disease has apparently been weaponized given the outbreak in Cuba. I think either the Dengue Fever article should be updated (beyond my competance) or an article further explaining the July 6, 1981 attack on Cuba should be provided (again, not my purview). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.62.24.148 (talkcontribs) 22:00, 6 July 2005

Entry for bikini puts the date of introduction at July 5, 1946. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.27.203.127 (talkcontribs) 14:02, 6 July 2007

Dalai lama edit

Why is there a birth entry under the name Dalai Lama, this is a title like The Pope or The Archbishop of Canterbury. The entry should be under the man's name, unfortunately not supported by an article named Tensin Gyatso, only a mysterious redirect. Pope works much better as a model. Right, I’ve removed the reference to Congress approving the dollar: as Wikipedia’s own article says this was on 8th August … ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cuddy2977 (talkcontribs) 13:34, 1 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Birth and death entries edit

Continuing the ongoing effort to reduce the size of the Births and Deaths sections to make them manageable, I've removed some celebrities with few or no articles in other wikipedias, moving the entries to the appropriate Year in Topic article if they were not already present. This is in accordance with the guidelines. Deb (talk) 15:09, 5 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Cayman Islands edit

OK: this articles tells us its Constitution Day in the Caymans Islands.

However, the article Public holidays in the Cayman Islands tells us the holiday is marked on 2nd July.

Is it possible an editor could correct this, please?

I’ve tried similar revisions, myself, only to see them reverted.
