Yes he's definitely notable - any "TVO kids kids" who grew up in Ontario in the 90s know Joe. He's also possibly one of the most underrated and original personalities in Canadian public television history. But he wasn't born in 1985 - I'm assuming that's simply a typo and should read 1975. --Grasswateringcan (talk) 02:09, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
