I doubt very many people are going to be looking at a page about a rugby player who has been dead for 30 years that played in one game. This also has like 2 sentences in the entire article, so even if someone does look at it they’ll get very little information. There are also so many John Thompson’s so it would be hard to find and deleting this article would make the disambiguation slightly easier to navigate.
