About that stage name...

edit

The reference to the Stage Name section goes to a dead web page. It is fairly unlikely that Joe King Carrasco named himself after an obscure Mexican-American drug kingpin named Fred Carrasco. It is much more likely that he named himself after the legendary Mexican rebel leader Nicolás Rodríguez Carrasco. Timothy Horrigan (talk) 05:04, 3 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Disorganized?

edit

More than most Wikipedia articles, this one is all over the place. I'll reorganize it, but is there someplace with guidance about what goes into "History" and what is "Biography"?Marzolian (talk) 01:41, 28 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Time for an update

edit

As of 2021, Joe "King" Carrasco is back in the Central Texas area and still active. The only change I made is adding quotes around "King" in the lead. I think this is more correct. I realize there is room for disagreement, because he seems to use it as part of his name now, instead of a nickname. There was a recent article about him that I read and I'll look through my history and see if I can find it. Wastrel Way (talk) Eric
