Papal Honours

Why is the reference to Jimmy Savile pertinent?

It isn't. I've removed it. --VeryCrocker (talk) 09:55, 8 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Date of death

edit

Can we find a WP:RS for Dobbin's date of death as 7 September? I can only find sources published on that date. matt (talk) 09:46, 8 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

This BBC News report contains the quote "I only saw him on Friday voting against bedroom tax." That narrows it down to the 6th or the 7th. I'm afraid I haven't yet seen a source that specifies the 7th. --VeryCrocker (talk) 10:01, 8 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
Cheers; I didn't think so. I guess we'll have to keep using the "September 2014" wording for the time being, though I suspect there will be more news before too long. matt (talk) 15:20, 8 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
