British Mandate means: British English. Overcapitalisation (unless one can prove it's an official term, which I don't see as being the case). Therefore: "historical Jerusalem town hall building" in the text, and "Historical Jerusalem town hall building" as the title. Who can do it? Arminden (talk) 10:22, 4 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Arminden: Sounds reasonable. Anyone can do it. From the article page, go to the More tab, select Move, fill out the form and submit. It looks like that name isn't taken and so a move should work.
