I completed the long-requested copy edit of this page. I added an infobox, and populated it with information from the Representative's home page, including a photograph (since Florida government works are public domain). I organized the page into sections, moving some paragraphs around to better fit the structure. I updated references to templates throughout, so that the article will generate happy shiny metadata for its references. I deleted entirely an unsourced paragraph that was more about Richard Langton than Rep. Long; I felt this was required under WP:BLP (not to mention good taste, as it seemed really off-topic).
This article would be better if it included more references that weren't behind a paywall.
