Telegraph article

I can't find any trace online of the Telegraph article which was supposed to confirm his death, either on the Telegraph website itself, or on the newspaper archive service which my local library subscribes to. David Underdown (talk) 21:21, 6 January 2010 (UTC)

Confirmation.

The Death Announcement appeared in Thursday 31st December 2009. As his eldest Grandchild I can also personnally confirm that the article is correct.80.189.127.1 (talk) 18:58, 17 January 2010 (UTC)

Not deserving AFD

This article is about honoured british soilder and British Army personnel of World War II who served in the major event world war 2. However this article lacks resources i checked the google and google books and found 1 or 2 references and added to the article. Due to lack of resources this article will be in threat of deletion in future also because of the wikipedia notability guidelines. If someone close or related(family/friends) to James Cowley can provide this article independent reliable resources or they can contact me then i think this article may become safe, thanks. Dr meetsingh  Talk  16:45, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
