The content at present is highly divergent from the Hebrew page, and even from the English-language text on the website given in External links. The page needs a complete overhaul, particularly to remove irrelevant material and replace it with what's actual. -- Deborahjay (talk) 13:33, 10 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
I've cleaned up the article. The original author confused several different awards named after Jabotinsky and mistakenly claimed it was an award by the Israeli state when it wasn't. While Menachem Begin handed out the 1980 award it was on behalf of a private US organization during his trip to New York.
