54?!?!?!?!?!?!
editLook, I know it says it on the IMDB so I won't alter until I find another source, but if this guy is genuinely 54 and looks like that then he's going to live to 200. Surely he's not 54? 44 maybe... 91.110.53.45 (talk) 16:13, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
- You're right
- I believe his correct age is 44 (or 43, I'm not certain)— Preceding unsigned comment added by Kbstrong83 (talk • contribs) 17:03, May 5, 2008

His birth date was sourced to an interview on Howard Stern. However, the video was a copyright violation and was removed by youtube (apparent copyright violations shouldn't be cited in any case). It is unlikely that he stated his full birth date and place of birth on Stern. I've removed it, along with the unsourced personal life section. I'll take a look to see if I can find any of the info in reliable sources (IMDb, is not a reliable source for biographical info). - SummerPhD (talk) 20:05, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
- I've added his correct birth date and restored the location, based on NYT/AMG. - SummerPhD (talk) 20:19, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
Correct name
edit- J. B. Smoove (this article)
- J.B. Smoove (with no space)
- JB Smoove (per his website)
The least correct seems to be the title of this article. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 04:30, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
He seems to prefer "JB" judging by all his social media accounts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.74.125.12 (talk) 04:22, 22 January 2017 (UTC)
Details Needing Focus
editIt appears that JB has a speech impediment, but no mention is made of it. Also, the article states he printed "T-shirts and model trains". How does one print a model train? - KitchM (talk) 22:45, 12 December 2016 (UTC)
- 3d Printer? Mopenstein (talk) 03:25, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
- Good one, Mopenstein. ;) Of course they didn't have them back then. But one can do t-shirts on a personal printer if one opens up the side and puts wing-like supports for the sleeves as they pass thru. - KitchM (talk) 16:08, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
