Neutrality edit

Adding an NPOV tag without giving a reason for it makes little sense. So I am removing it. Please use this talk page first. --Thuringian ☼ 18:10, 30 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Notability of "First personal computer to use an intel XScale" edit

I can't think of any other personal computers that use an XScale, so does that imply Puffery on the statement? It does sound like a bit of marketting.

  • whereas I can think of many PDAs and, in the case of IOP XScales, RAID arrays that do.--Flibble (talk) 12:39, 9 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
You may possibly have a point, but that's taken from Slashdot's headline! I included it per WP:LEAD: The lead [...] should define the topic, establish context, explain why the topic is interesting or notable [...] -- Trevj (talk) 16:35, 9 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
The comment is now clearly attributed to Slashdot, which is described as having "user-submitted news". In a longer article, perhaps this content would be better placed in a 'Reception' section. If there were no other PCs using XScale, then we could add that if there's a source. The reference to peacock marketing speak couldn't be made unless there's a source for that too. -- Trevj (talk) 05:05, 10 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
