Hi,
This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is the English version of the German page on the same topic. Since the information should not be limited to German speaking visitors I decided to make an English version for the much larger English speaking Wikipedia community.
Should you have any further questions please let me know. I hope that the increased reach of a Wikipedia resource for the greater community is a valid reason to keep the page.
