Unless this DJ's name is an acronym, there is no need for him to be denoted in ALL CAPS all the time. The same goes for this DJ's album titles. The ALL CAPS is probably just a font choice for artistic and promotional purposes. And that is the tone of all media sources in which this DJ appears so far.
