Independence Court → Independence Tribunal – per WP:COMMONNAME

If need, Independence Tribunal (Turkey) is possible.

• Turkey + "Independence Tribunal" -Llc minimum 80

• Oppose move to Independence Tribunal. Support move to Independence Tribunal (Turkey). "Independence Court" and "Independence Tribunal" both have the appearance of generic terms, and it is unhelpful for readers to be given a wrong impression, rather than the information that this concerns a Turkish institution. There is, arguably, no "primary topic" here for either of those forms (see the details at WP:PRIMARYTOPIC). Insisting that there is one would be a misguided legalism if it means holding back such obviously useful information, and contrary to the interests of most interested readers. • Support move to Independence Tribunal. My Google Books search is even more emphatic that "Independence Tribunal" is much more common than "Independence Court". (329 vs. 35.) The searches also show that this is the primary use for "Independence Tribunal" (371 total results vs. 329 with "Turkey"), and thus no disambiguation is needed. • Support Independence Tribunal. As has been shown above, it is the most common name. Also, it would go against common practice (and WP:PRECISION) to add unnecessary disambiguation. Jenks24 (talk) 06:21, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
