I was encountering an edit conflict, will stop developing now for any discussion. I would prefer to develop somewhat, first, but okay. I did notice a settlement category and a neighborhood category being added, or there previously, which i may object to. Is there any evidence this historic district is regarded as a settlement or as a neighborhood? doncram (talk) 03:57, 17 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
