Dates of birth and death
editI have had notice from a third party via e-mail, that his death date as shown previously was incorrect. Harris' brother (via that third party) provided the dates now shown in the article, but clearly this is not a reliable source. User:Ghmyrtle confirmed there was a Hugh A. Harris, born in Hackney, whose birth was registered in the third quarter of 1964. If anyone can find something more definitive or reliable, then please oblige. - Hello, I am the Humanist Celebrant who led his funeral so I can confirm: Hugh Albert Harris, DoB: 2nd August 1964, DoD 1st January 2019. Funeral at the West London Crematorium 23rd January 2019. Heysford (talk) 12:29, 1 February 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for that. It does at least confirm the information in the article, however personal experience does not qualify as a reliable source as per Wikipedia's editing guidelines. If only some reliable newspaper, say, had printed those details. Thanks anyway. - Derek R Bullamore (talk) 14:11, 1 February 2024 (UTC)
- I do understand that, I have had similar information about other people in Wiki. whose funerals I have taken. Some was even set aside, even when I said I could send the full transcript of the funeral. What else can I do? I may still have details of his family. Rgds, Simon Allen.
