Very simple explanation. A lot of of bands considered some their releases as their "studio albums" but they are a lot of contradictions from various sources. Some do say that Fogdiver is a studio album, some platforms consider it an EP, you can check Spotify or even Apple Music. Some even consider it just an mini-album, which does not make it a studio album. One of the biggest examples for the past few years is Bring Me the Horizon and their commercial release Post Human: Survival Horror. Some sources claim it as an album, some EP. In order to balance we simply call it "commercial release". Fogdiver has the same issue. So for you calling my reverts "vandalism", not justifying you making a big disruptive editing and creating an edit war because of it. To balance it, Fogdiver is simply considered only as a commercial release. So please, stop with your claimings. Tobi999tomas (talk) 15:57, 20 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
And who is distorting it? I am not because I am following the guidelines on Wikipedia and narrowing it down to balance on both opinions. This is not my subjective personal opinion rather than based previous editing encounters that I have experienced when I and other editors edited Post Human: Survival Horror. Just following every single thing that the band said really does not help when they are factors, sources and contradictions that oppose it. It't like trying define the genres of any album. To define the genre of an album, it's not just the band's opinion counts, but other sources of music critics does too. So every editor here, including me, is trying find a central and neutral solution to balance any article to be more objective rather than subjective.
