The first and foremost, this article is not about an educational institute. Second, all the issues raised last time have been rectified. Third, all the promotional and irrelevant content removed from the article that was earlier created. Last but not the least, this article is about a notable subject. Please provide detailed information why this article is chosen for speedy deletion.
