I'm an online ambassador for your WMST 250: Women, Art, and Culture (2014 Q3) class and have just stopped by to provide a quick review and add what I hope will be helpful comments.

You've done a very nice job polishing the Hilary Tham article, by putting it into sections, performing copy edits, integrating information from an obituary, and adding a partial list of her works.

Some optional ideas are:

  • Add an image of one of the plain book covers without images from here as a {{PD-simple}} item.
  • Since there are so many great sources, it might be nice to have a further reading section with books from a google search on "Hilary Tham".

I'll be watching this page and your sandbox page for any updates. You can also "ping" me (just type "{{ping|CaroleHenson}}" as you see it) to your message on this page or leave a message on my talk page. Happy editing!--CaroleHenson (talk) 20:43, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

  • You may want to take a look at Janise Yntema for a sense of what an introduction or lede would look like. Wikipedia articles start with a "lead" section, which is a short summary of everything in the article. For some articles this summary can be a few paragraphs. Others (like Yntema's article and probably this one) can be a few sentences long.--CaroleHenson (talk) 03:42, 4 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Great job with the additions to the lede and further reading!--CaroleHenson (talk) 00:11, 10 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
