I'd like to report conflicting information in this article. I don't know how to correct the article.

The main body of the text says: "Teller returned to the Senate in 1885 and served as Colorado's Democratic senator for the remainder of the time until 1909."

But the sidebar has this information:

Political party Republican (1876--1897) Silver Republican (1897--1903) Democratic (1903--1909)

And www.senate.gov shows this:

Republican, 1876-1881 Republican, 1885-1897 Silver Republican, 1897-1901 Democrat, 1901-1909

I think if you just revise the text sentence so it's clear that Senator Teller did return to the senate, but did not switch parties until 1901(?), that will remove the conflict. Thanks. 216.230.238.66 (talk) 18:54, 14 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
