Somebody from ip address 122.161.138.2 added libelous, foul and vulgar content for one of the minor family members of Hemant Batra. Mr. Batra has been advised to file police complaint under the cyber crimes and indian penal code against the user/subscriber of the said ip address for arrest and prosecution. kindly lock the edit of this article.

Yes even I had noticed that some anonymous writer from 122.161.138.2 had posted one line about Batra, which was very foul and vulgar. It was more like a spam. Action need to be taken and it ought to be investigated by Police or any other appropriate cyber authority about the offender involved. Under the Information Technology Act and the Indian Penal Code, the said offender can be prosecuted and arrested.

I voice my opinion in keeping the photo as there are adequate sources and links to testify the authenticity of the photo and event where it was captured. It does not breach any copyright because it is a factor of public domain and knowledge. Also, it is about the eradication of discrimination based on HIV/AIDS. The relevant links are shown below. However, I agree with SpacemanSpiff [1] regarding the multiple issues on the page of Hemant Batra. It needs to be edited as it has many flaws and it looks like self-promotion. The page need to be shrunk.

As suggested by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:SpacemanSpiff this page of Hemant Batra should be deleted as it has all jumbled up content. It does not meet the criterion of Wikipedia biography. Unless this page is amended or modified, it should be blocked or deleted.
