Liquidation
editLiquidators were appointed this week, so a cited point on this would be a good closing action on the modern history. The article could still use detail on the history and operations. SeoR (talk) 10:17, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
Expansion
editNeeded:
- More on historical operations, buildling and estate
- A section on notable alumni - Ferdinand von Prondzynski of DCU, jockey / trainer Charlie Swan, and the current Lord Dunsany, for example - and I see other names, some of whom, at least, will have articles - Jasmine Guinness, chef Domini Kemp, actors Robert Bathurst and Richard Flood, and from sports, Jonah Barrington, Clare Shillington, and others
And sources can include any of at least three official sites, plus major papers, and I think some TV coverage too. SeoR (talk) 14:00, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
Categories
editAssuming this school is restarted, additional category/ies: Private schools in the Republic of Ireland, possible past pupil / alumni category (if >4 with articles). SeoR (talk) 17:45, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks to seoR (talk · contribs) for tidying up and extending the article. Can you do some more? There was a lot of history, and an RTÉ documentary. Nice to have some input from a Guinness too. 91.193.179.26 (talk) 19:07, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- I will look into it; there is history on one of the official school sites, and the subject has some colour and depth. The documentary was not by RTÉ, I can see, but seems to have been well-received, and was even shown in cinemas, as well as on TV, so it should certainly appear. SeoR (talk) 10:09, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
