While this is a hentai, and therefore unsavory, this is a well known series that has been adapted 3 times, which I think is in itself an argument for notability. I don't think it's right to delete it on notability grounds. Also, while badly cited, it has enough material to be relatively complete for an anime entry, so I also don't think it should be deleted on quality grounds.
